Cancellation Policy: Bhatia Cloth House
At Bhatia Cloth House, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please review our policy below:
1. Order Cancellation Window
- Standard Items: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement or before the order has been “Processed/Shipped,” whichever comes first.
- Ready-to-Ship: Once an order is marked as “Shipped” and a tracking ID has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain products are exempt from cancellation once the order is placed:
- Custom Tailored/Stitched Suits: Once the fabric has been cut or stitching has commenced, cancellations are not accepted.
- Cut-to-Length Fabrics: Orders for specific meterage of fabric cannot be cancelled once the fabric has been cut from the roll.
- Sale Items: Orders placed during “Flash Sales” or “Clearance Sales” are final.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please use one of the following methods:
- Dashboard: Log in to your account at bhatiaclothhouse.com, go to My Orders, and click the Cancel button (if available).
- Email: Send an email to suraj9888@gmail.com with the subject line: “Cancellation Request – Order [9888040170”.
- WhatsApp/Phone: Contact our support team at 9888040170.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid Orders: If the cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
- Transaction Fees: Please note that in some cases, payment gateway processing fees (approx. 2-3%) may be non-refundable depending on the provider’s terms.
